Cheer Programs
Elite Teams
Our Elite teams are competitive teams that travel to about five competitions each season, offering opportunities for athletes of all skill levels from entry level through Level 6. Athletes train with their team and commit to a full season running from June through May. With a strong focus on growth, commitment, and teamwork, we are proud to provide a place for every athlete to challenge themselves, improve their skills, and be part of a dedicated and driven team.
NOVICE & PREP
Our Novice & Prep programs are the perfect introduction for younger athletes looking for a lower-commitment way to get involved in cheer. Athletes train in a fun and supportive environment with limited travel and fewer competitions each season, while focusing on building confidence, coordination, and foundational cheer skills. It’s all about developing a love for the sport and being part of a team in a positive, low-pressure setting.
Cheer-Abilities
Our CheerABILITIES program, SHINE, gives athletes with special needs the opportunity to be part of an inclusive cheer experience. We are dedicated to creating a supportive environment where athletes can build confidence, develop skills, and be celebrated for their dedication, teamwork, and love of the sport.
Recreational Cheer
Our Recreation program offers athletes a fun and flexible way to experience all-star cheer without the commitment of travel or competition. Athletes train in a positive, team-focused environment where they learn foundational cheer skills like motions, jumps, stunts, tumbling, and dance, all while building confidence and friendships. Open to ages 3–12, this program allows athletes to enroll at any time and grow at their own pace while being part of the IMPACT family.
